Calling all young and aspiring writers!
gritLIT invites you to take part in our first Flash Fiction Writing Contest exclusively for writers aged 16–24. We will give you three elements at the beginning of the event. Then you will have one hour to write a story of 500 words or less that includes all three elements. The winning story will be published on the gritLIT website, and there is also a prize for the winning author.
Registration is free, but enrollment is limited, so sign up early.
gritLIT is a four-day event highlighting the best new Canadian books and authors… readings, panel discussions, interviews, and writing workshops.
